The tapered Tornado pencil design has a comfortable feel and solid construction. The stainless steel lacquer barrel is matched perfectly with polished chrome trims. The twist-action knurled top slides out the 1.15mm graphite lead, plus there is a a huge eraser on top for those who make an occasional mistake. Each pencil comes packaged in a graphic tube with extra lead and erasers.

The twist-action top is incredibly smooth and the knurled grip makes writing for long periods much more comfortable. I was surprised by how balanced it feels in hand, and the stainless steel lacquer looks really sharp on my desk.

The stainless steel barrel has just the right heft without being heavy, and the tapered grip makes writing for long stretches a breeze. The twist mechanism is smooth, though the knurled top could be a bit more tactile for my taste.
