Een echt collectorsitem, deze Tornado PROOF is een uiterst zeldzaam pre-productie-exemplaar dat is gemaakt voordat het officiële productieproces begint. Er worden doorgaans slechts een handvol van deze proefexemplaren gemaakt, waardoor elk exemplaar een unieke blik biedt in de ontwikkeling van een Retro51-ontwerp. Elke Tornado wordt geleverd met een Easy Flow Ballpoint-vulling en wordt verpakt in een speciale zwarte tube met exclusieve PROOF-stempeling.

Proof-releases worden in uitzonderlijk kleine aantallen geproduceerd en de beschikbaarheid kan tijdens de release snel veranderen.
