The matte finish feels great in hand and the rain-streak design makes me smile every time I grab it. Writing with it is smooth and consistent, no skipping or blobbing so far.
The rain-streak pattern on the barrel is subtle but really pretty in person. It glides across the page with barely any pressure, which is perfect for long note-taking sessions.
