Of course, the part is on us — We cover the cost of the repair parts. All we ask is that you cover the cost of the shipping. This purchase covers the shipping to send the part to you for your Do-it-yourself repair. It’s that simple!
You can be sure that in most cases we will get your pen back into writing mode and enjoy using it for years to come. However, It is important to acknowledge that there may be circumstances beyond our control that could affect the effectiveness of the repair for certain pens. These limitations can vary and are not limited to extensive damage or unavailability of specific parts.
