Of course, repairs are on us — We cover the cost of the repairs.² All we ask is that you cover the cost of the shipping. This purchase covers the shipping³ to send your item to us for repair. At checkout, you'll find a shipping selection, covering the return shipping once the repairs are complete. It’s that simple!

Repair shipping price⁴ includes order protection against lost, stolen or damaged shipping. Read below for the protection value.

  • Standard: For majority of recently released items. Coverage covers up to $100.
  • Retro Care: For older/rare models. Coverage covers up to $500. 

We ask that you include the item model name and a brief description of the issue during the checkout. This helps our Repairs team know what to look for.
