I’ve been hunting for a pre-production piece for years, and this proof finally scratches that itch. The heft and balance feel perfect in hand, and the fact that it’s a true collector’s sample makes it worth every penny.
I’ve never owned anything that’s technically a pre-production sample before, and the gray angled pinstripes look even sharper in person than in the photos. The weight is just right for a ballpoint, and knowing there are only a handful of these makes the whole writing experience feel a bit special.
The click on this one is solid and the angled pinstripes have a nice depth that photos don’t fully capture. It’s clearly a pre-production piece, which adds a cool story to just owning it. Writes smoothly right out of the box, no skipping.
