The pinstripe pattern in that turquoise is even sharper in person than in the photos, and the weight feels perfectly balanced for a ballpoint. Knowing it’s a pre-production proof with only a handful made makes it feel like a genuine piece of pen history.
This is my second Retro51 proof and honestly the turquoise pinstripes look even better in person than in the photos. It's a pre-production sample so there's a raw, one-of-a-kind feel to it that you just don't get from the regular release pens. Glad I snagged it while it was still available.
