The rollerball glides so smoothly I've been using it for my morning journaling instead of my old ballpoint. The weight is nicely balanced, and the Spirit of St. Louis detailing on the barrel makes it feel like a little piece of history on my desk.
I picked this up after reading about Lindbergh's solo flight, and the little monoplane engraved on the barrel is a nice touch. The rollerball ink dries fast, so no smudging when I'm jotting notes in my logbook. It's got a good weight in the hand without feeling heavy.
The rollerball tip glides so smoothly I ended up writing three pages of notes without any skipping. The barrel has a nice weight to it that makes it feel like a real keepsake, not a cheap promo pen.
